Steward Supervisor - (ERI-F&B-1-006)
(Region IV – Binangonan Rizal )

Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable on the use of all operating equipments and cleaning process.
  • Aware on the hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Aware on the fire and life safety standards procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in control flow and supply of operating equipments (chinaware/glassware/silverware/flatware, etc.).
  • Maintains inventories and par stock compilation.
  • Ensures cleanliness and order of all stewarding stores (labeling, etc.).
  • Arranges requisition of par stocks and supplies of stewarding storeroom to ensure efficient items for operation at all times.
  • Practices economy of chemical & cleaning supplies, electricity and water whenever possible.
  • Observes staff performance/grooming/punctuality.
  • Ensures that staff are equipped with the proper knowledge and equipment in order for them to work efficiently.
  • Ensures the implementation of safety procedures, hygiene and sanitation according to hotel standards.
  • Enforces staff motivation and team building.
  • Prepares adequate and appropriate equipment for project F&B needs.
  • Ensures that equipment is placed in the correct areas after usage.
  • Monitors pest control.

Requirements

  • HRM/Management graduate or related course;
  • At least 1 year experience in international class hotel in a similar capacity;
  • Able to work with the overall administration and operation in Steward department;
  • Oral and written fluency in English, with people management skills, systems compliance, delivers company standards;
  • Age group 28-35 years old.
