Responsibilities

• Manage the winning bets and losing stakes.
• Provides a friendly, fun, harmonious atmosphere for guests.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of baccarat, roulette and have the ability to control games.
• Complies with department, casino, gaming regulatory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensures game protection and game pace for all guests and ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
• Deals Table Games.
• Attends regular scheduled staff meetings.
• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.

Requirements

• M/F, between 24-30 years old;
• Height: Male 5’6, Female 5’4;
• College Degree/ College Level;
• At least 1 year working experience in dealing Baccarat Game and 2 years with 3 Major Games;
• Excellent verbal and written English Communication;
• With dynamic personality, detail-oriented, dedicated to work, flexible in understanding and adapting to a unique organizational set-up;
• Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
