HR Technical Training Officer - (SAE-HR-3-002)
(National Capital Region – Makati City)

Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic Training Needs Analysis to systematically analyze, identify and prioritize training needs of employees
- Design and develop curriculum plans and technical training programs that support organization and employee development
- Assists in the selection and training of In-house trainers
- Coordinate trainees, training provider and other concerned party towards the successful conduct of technical training programs
- Analyze training requests and recommends best possible course of action to either or both the requesting party and / or the Training Manager
- Maintain and update training records and database to ensure that training requirements are provided and competency gaps closed out within a prescribed period
- Provide administrative support as may be needed by the trainers / training providers during conduct of training
- Evaluate / Analyze and process training data to generate information useful for the continuous improvement of employee development initiatives
Requirements
- Male or Female, between 26-32 years old
- College Degree Holder preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology or any Business Related Course
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Career Development and Training Minimum of 3 years in a Specialist or Officer level position
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office and other Application Software
- Excellent team building skills, problem solving skills, basic counseling skills, stress management skills, time management skills, potential to handle a leadership role
- With dynamic personality, detail-oriented, dedicated to work, flexible in understanding and adapting to a unique organizational set-up
- Ability to research, prepare reports, programs and proposals
