By becoming an accredited broker of The Point Residences, you are assuring your buyer or investor that the developer has authorized you to sell the inventory being offered.
Please follow these simple instructions to be an accredited broker of The Point Residences.

1. Download our Broker’s Application Form.
2. Fill up the form and email to kreyes@thunderbird-asia.com.
3. We would conduct a short interview within 48 hours from the receipt of the application form.
4. Once you have been approved, we would be sending you our Broker’s Agreement Form.
5. Sign the Agreement Form and send it back to us.
